Our Goals:

   Serving alcohol at your event helps your guests have a good time, enjoy each other's company, and relax.  Our goal is for you also to enjoy yourself and your guests while we do the work, tactfully making sure that no one is irresponsible.  All our bartenders and servers are certified by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board Responsible Alcohol Management Program.






















Jessica Glick's warm and engaging personality belies her confidence, built from over ten years of experience including waiting tables, cocktail service, and bartending, in fine dining as well as casual atmospheres. For the last three years Jessica has worked at Zeno's Pub developing a vast knowledge of different beers and styles. She has a growing passion for entrepreneurship and marketing which she brings to the company.
 
         



Our History:

    Dave Palmer started working in the food and beverage industry ten years ago.  His experiences cooking, waiting tables, catering and bartending give him the depth of understanding to know how to provide and organize everything you will need at your event.  
    After working at Zeno's Pub in State College and gaining an extensive knowledge of Imports, Craft and Micro-brews for two years, he started Palmer Bartending.  He is a Cicerone Certified Beer Server, currently bartends at the Allen Street Grill, where he is expanding his wine expertise,  and he manages hospitality functions at Sozo Institute of the Arts.





    In addition, we maintain a network of other proficient bartenders working at prestigious establishments in the State College area who we call in to work for us as needed.
