Our History:
Dave Palmer started working in the food and beverage industry ten years ago. His experiences cooking, waiting tables, catering and bartending give him the depth of understanding to know how to provide and organize everything you will need at your event.
After working at
Zeno's Pub in State College and gaining an extensive knowledge of Imports, Craft and Micro-brews for two years, he started Palmer Bartending. He is a
Cicerone Certified Beer Server, currently bartends at the Allen Street Grill, where he is expanding his wine expertise, and he manages hospitality functions at
Sozo Institute of the Arts.
In addition, we maintain a network of other proficient bartenders working at prestigious establishments in the State College area who we call in to work for us as needed.
